The Luciano Pavarotti Foundation was founded by his wife, Nicoletta Mantovani, after the Maestro’s passing. The Foundation operates with the double goal of keeping his memory and humanitarian efforts alive and supporting talented emerging singers who are keen to take their very first steps in to the opera world.

Vento di Terra

Vento di Terra realises International Cooperation projects in refugee camps, migration areas and conflict-affected areas, through the promotion of local development and defense of human rights. Founded in 2006, it is active throughout the Middle East, Afghanistan and Italy, engaging in education, psycho-social support, bio-climatic architecture, social enterprise, and sustainable agriculture. Since 2013, Vento di Terra has been working in response to the Syrian crisis through projects supporting the most vulnerable population.
